Return Policy

Packaged Software

Upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of our software. Elcor Software grants to potential customers a free trial period so that they can evaluate software to get an understanding of its capabilities and ease of use. The software is distributed under "try-and-buy" basis, thus if the user makes a purchase that means he decided that he likes the software and decided to buy it.

In case when your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, Elcor Software will send replacement media.


Downloaded Software

Due to the emergency use nature of our products, it is our policy not to provide refunds for software downloaded from our website. Only when the product was not delivered* or the product did not work as indicated on our website**, will we honor refunds requests.

If you did not receive your product*, can not download* or if it does not work as indicated on our website**, please contact us immediately at sales@elcor.net. Refund requests must be received within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Email support and access to the Elcor Software knowledge base is available at www.elcor.net to assist you with the installation and configuration of Elcor Software products.


* Only if it's our fault we will satisfy refund request. For example: server was down for more than 24 hours preventing you from the ability to download the software OR because due to some error our system didn't succeed in emailing the registration information to you. In case when the problem is connected w/ your internet/email settings, so that you can't download the software because of the internet settings or because of the problems of your ISP, or you can't receive our registration emails because of the spam filters - it is not our fault.

** As a potential customer you are free to evaluate software for a period of 3 weeks. During this period you can freely test the software and if you find program not working the way it is described on our site you are welcome to contact our support team to explain your problem or suggest some enhancements.
